3. Best Efforts Performance

You acknowledge and agree that:

The AI voice agent and any related automation tools are designed to assist with handling inbound communications, but they are not a substitute for human judgment or availability

Business outcomes such as call connection rates, lead quality, bookings, or revenue depend on many factors outside our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed

From time to time, the Service may experience interruptions, delays, transcription inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or temporary unavailability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and you understand that occasional technical limitations are inherent in software-based and AI-assisted systems.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a subscription billing model.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout

Any free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel

Certain plans may include a monthly allotment of AI voice usage minutes at no additional charge. If your usage exceeds the included minutes for your plan, you agree that:

Overage usage will be charged at rates determined by the underlying costs incurred by leadportalhub.com, or at rates disclosed at the time of billing

Pricing, usage limits, and billing terms may change with notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Access to the Service may continue until the end of the current paid period

6. Payments & Fees

All subscription fees and usage-based charges are billed in advance or as incurred and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools, configurations, and AI-powered features, you acknowledge that fees paid compensate for availability and access to the Service, not for any particular business outcome.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing, consumer protection, or data privacy laws

Send unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or harmful communications

Misrepresent your identity, licensing, or business credentials

Abuse or attempt to exploit messaging or calling systems

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Contractor Compliance Responsibility

You acknowledge that you operate your business independently and are responsible for conducting it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to your services and location.

If we provide optional services such as social media content creation, automated posting, or marketing assistance, you authorize leadportalhub.com to create and publish such content on your behalf where automation is enabled. You understand that such content is generated and posted to support your marketing efforts and is not intended to serve as legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

You agree that you remain responsible for reviewing your marketing presence and for making any updates, corrections, or modifications to posted content as needed to maintain compliance with any laws that may apply to your business.

9. Data, Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to:

10. Service Availability & Changes

No indemnification is provided for Service non-performance, malfunctions, errors, or interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the one (1) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim

Fraudulent activity or chargebacks occur

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
